Shipping — terms & disclaimer
By agreeing, the Customer confirms that all shipping and delivery arrangements are acknowledged when sending trading cards to CCG for grading.
CCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments in transit; shipping delays, carrier issues, or address errors; costs or consequences of customer-selected shipping methods; missing packages, improper packaging, or cards not received due to shipping problems, and is responsible only for receiving the shipment and verifying the cards submitted for grading, grading the cards under CCG's grading process, and returning the graded cards to the Customer after grading is complete (subject to normal handling and shipment logistics).
By agreeing, the Customer also confirms that the declared values entered for these cards are true and accurate. Those declared values determine the insured value of the shipment, and FedEx coverage applies to shipments with a total declared value under $50,000.
